Johnson Seahorse 7.5hp Outboard Motor, 1982, Model J8RCNR – runs fine.  last run summer of 2022.  will likely need carb cleaning. has had a few small modifications for some automation devices, since removed.

pull starter mechanism removed, all parts in a ziplock bag. was removed as I tried to replace with an electric starter.
